Referal Program Terms & Conditions
Do you know someone who would be a great fit for an open role with Competera? Good news, you can make an employee referral to Competera and, if we hire your referral, you could get some cash - $100, $200 or $400 depending on the position level.
All Competera friends, employees, alumni, partners, current/past applicants,
customers and fans are eligible and encouraged to refer talent into the company.
Here's how to make a referral:
1. Submit your mate's contact information as well as your contact details.
2. Choose one of our Job Openings and click on the “Add Referral” button
3. You will receive 50% of your reward after your mate has been hired and has been working with us for at least two months.
4. You will receive final 50% of your reward after your mate has been working with us for at least four months.
Referred candidates must not have previously or currently applied to one of
Competera’s job postings or has been entered into the Competera database as
a current candidate.
- Referrals must be employed within 60 days from the time of submission.
- Only permanent full-time positions will be eligible for a bonus.
- Junior level positions are eligible for $100 bonus, middle level for $200, senior level - $400 reward.
- The referee must have an existing relationship with candidates being referred.
